21st September 2016 - Autumn Antics an introduction to Pilates with Tansy Blaik-Kelly from Turning Tides Pilates. Everyone was looking very relaxed after the summer break on Wednesday ready to catch up with each other and for our introduction to Pilates by Tansy Blaik-Kelly from Turning Tides Pilates( www.turningtidepilates.com ) We all managed to find a space on the floor for our mats and there wasn’t too much moaning & groaning as we were very gently taken through some exercises. Better still we all managed to get up at the end!
